If you’ve made up your mind, we’ll do our best to ensure the process is as smooth as possible for you. You can email us firstname.lastname@example.org or call our customer care team on 0808 281 2222, or you can complete and send us the cancellation form in the post.
Cancellation within the cooling off period
Once your application to Bristol Energy has started, you have a 14 day cancellation, or ‘cooling off’ period. This starts on the day you receive your Welcome Pack from us. The cancellation period gives you time to make changes to your choice of product or your method of payment, or to cancel your application to join Bristol Energy.

Cancellation outside the cooling off period
If you’ve made up your mind, and you’re moving to another supplier, your contract will end after we receive notice from them. You can also terminate your contract with Bristol Energy by requesting the supply is disconnected. In this case, your contract will end when this happens.
